Do you need our source code?

Read access helps but is not required. Much of the score comes from how the system is built, released and operated, which we can establish in conversation.

Will you tell us to rewrite everything?

Rarely. Most systems need containment and selective replacement, not a rewrite. A rewrite recommendation comes with a reason and a number attached.

Who should be in the sessions?

Whoever knows the system, plus whoever owns the budget. The gap between those two people is usually the real finding.

What if we already have a plan?

Then this is a second opinion with a score attached, which is usually cheaper than discovering the plan was wrong in month four.
