Software you depend on, and a reliable way to change it.
Named engineers, a backlog you control, and a release cadence you can plan around. Three tiers of monthly capacity — no timesheets, no hourly billing, no surprise overruns.

The same four beats every cycle, so you always know where work stands.
Backlog review
You prioritise, we estimate, we agree what fits in the capacity. Nothing starts without that agreement.
Delivery
Work ships against the agreed list. Anything urgent displaces something — and we tell you what, rather than quietly overrunning.
Release
Deployed on your tier’s cadence, rollback available, release notes written in plain language.
Cycle summary
What shipped, what moved, what is blocked and on whom. One page, every cycle.
Three tiers
Capacity figures are indicative planning numbers, not billed hours. We do not run a timesheet against you.
Starter
~30 engineering hours/month · one shared engineer · monthly release
- Maintenance, small changes and defect fixes with a 2-business-day response
- Monthly backlog review and release
- Source control, code review and documented branching — included even here
- Dependency and security patching of what we maintain
Growth
~70 hours/month · dedicated engineer + reviewer · fortnightly release
- Steady roadmap progress alongside maintenance
- 1-business-day defect response, fortnightly backlog review
- Staging environment managed alongside production
- Quarterly architecture review
Most clients start here and adjust after two cycles, once real throughput is visible rather than estimated.
Enterprise
~160 hours/month · two engineers + technical lead · weekly or on-demand release
- For businesses where delivery pace is a business constraint
- 4-business-hour defect response, weekly backlog review
- Full pipeline and environment management
- Continuous architecture input rather than periodic review
First 14 days
- Access and environment — repositories, environments, credentials into your vault
- Codebase orientation — we read before we write, and report what we find, including things you may not want to hear
- Backlog construction — existing requests gathered into one prioritised list with estimates
- First release — something small and real ships inside the first cycle, to prove the pipeline works
What is not included?
Capacity does not roll over more than one cycle. Product discovery and design, 24/7 on-call, data migration and full rewrites are scoped separately — rewrites as fixed-price programs, never absorbed into a retainer.
Can we change tier?
Either direction, with 30 days’ notice.
What if we leave?
Everything is handover-ready at all times. Code, documentation and infrastructure definitions are yours throughout, and nothing is trapped with us.
Minimum term?
Three cycles, so onboarding is not wasted. Thirty days’ notice after that.
