What gets scored
Ten checks per domain. Each scores 0, 1 or 2 — and a 1 means “in place but you cannot evidence it today”, which is where most surprises live.
Infrastructure & endpoints
Inventory, unsupported systems, patch compliance, encryption, build standards, and who owns the estate by name.
Backup & recoverability
Coverage, tested restores, offsite or immutable copies, and whether your stated recovery targets have ever been proven.
Identity & access
MFA coverage, joiner/leaver process, admin separation, shared accounts, vendor access and access reviews.
Security posture
Email authentication, awareness training, firewall review, exposed interfaces, logging and who reads the alerts.
Vendors, licensing & cost
Subscription inventory, seat reconciliation, renewal dates, duplicate tooling and IT spend per employee.

Is this a sales exercise?
The fee is real and the report is yours. We tell you what to fix, including the things you should do yourself and the things that need no provider at all.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. This is an evidence-based interview, not a scan. If you want a technical scan of the network, that is the $47 Network Audit.
What if we score badly?
Most first assessments land in the Reactive band. That is useful information, not a verdict — it tells you the order to spend in.
How does the fee credit work?
Start any EverSource managed service within 30 days of the roadmap and the $997 comes off your first invoice. No obligation to start one.
Can we do it remotely?
Yes. Both sessions run by video. On-site is available in Dallas-Fort Worth on request.
