Are the vendor licences included?
No. Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise and GitHub Copilot licences are billed to you by the vendor. We plan the seats so you buy only what will be used.
What does the $1,200/month cover?
Seat and licence management, monthly adoption reporting, playbook and prompt updates, new-feature briefings and a named advisor. Month to month after the first three months.
Can we start with just the setup?
Yes. The setup stands on its own. The retainer starts after the 30-day rollout and only if you want it.
